We use traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery at selected structural connections to improve strength, stability and long-term durability, while allowing for the natural movement of solid wood.
After CNC shaping, our artisans hand-sand wooden surfaces through multiple stages, progressing from coarse to fine grits. This process creates a smooth, refined surface and preserves the natural tactile character of the wood.
We apply eco-friendly coatings through repeated stages of finishing, sanding and drying. Up to eight finishing layers help protect the surface while enhancing the depth and natural grain of the wood.
For upholstered furniture, we source high-quality fabrics and full-grain leathers from around the world. Experienced artisans carry out precise cutting and hand-stitching to ensure that every pleat and seam is carefully positioned and finished.
